As a Revenue Analyst at Capital Rx, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Finance Operations department. Collaborating with multiple teams such as Account, Accounting, FP&A, Underwriting, and Clinical, you’ll lead process improvements related to invoicing and reconciliations. Your financial expertise and proficiency in Excel and SQL formulas will drive operational efficiency and contribute to our transformative mission.

  • Reconcile ERP system to ensure accurate client invoicing
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed
  • Respond to email inquiries regarding client invoicing
  • Generate ad hoc reports to support client billing
  • Interpret client contracts to determine financial obligations
  • Drive process enhancements and collaborate on data-related revenue improvements
  • Collaborate with departments to gather information for billing new programs
  • Ensure finance has all necessary revenue-related information


  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the ERP system for client invoicing
  • Collaborate across departments to address inquiries and provide invoicing support
  • Utilize Excel and SQL skills to generate reports and enhance operational processes
  • Interpret client contracts to ensure financial obligations are accurately reflected
  • Drive process improvements to optimize data and revenue-related operations
  • Collaborate on information gathering for billing new programs
  • Ensure all relevant revenue information is supplied to the finance team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field; PBM experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or SQL
  • Ability to enhance existing processes through automation and redesign
  • Team player with adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
