Tasks:
- Reconcile ERP system to ensure accurate client invoicing
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed
- Respond to email inquiries regarding client invoicing
- Generate ad hoc reports to support client billing
- Interpret client contracts to determine financial obligations
- Drive process enhancements and collaborate on data-related revenue improvements
- Collaborate with departments to gather information for billing new programs
- Ensure finance has all necessary revenue-related information
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of the ERP system for client invoicing
- Collaborate across departments to address inquiries and provide invoicing support
- Utilize Excel and SQL skills to generate reports and enhance operational processes
- Interpret client contracts to ensure financial obligations are accurately reflected
- Drive process improvements to optimize data and revenue-related operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or quantitative field; PBM experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in finance, data analysis, or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or SQL
- Ability to enhance existing processes through automation and redesign
- Team player with adaptability in fast-paced environments
